Apple and Grape cars!
My son loves fruit and cars so what better thing to make than apple and grape cars?! Keep reading to find out how to make them.
Here is what you need:
- grapes
- apples
- toothpicks
- knife or scissors to cut the toothpick in half and to cut the fruit
First, I washed the apple and grapes off, then started cutting the apple into slices and a few grapes in half. Next, cut a few toothpicks in half with a knife or scissors ( I used a knife ). Finally, poke two cut pieces of toothpick through the inner part of the apple ( the part were the core was ) then add your grapes on each side.
Here are some pictures so you can see what it looks like after.

So freakin' cute! I love this. I will have to try this with my toddler and my son once he is old enough to eat foods like this.
ReplyDeleteI wish Kellen liked fruit that wasn't puree'd lol
ReplyDeleteOh and have you saw the apple slicers?? Makes cutting apples 100x easier/faster and removes the core for you. :)
Very cute idea! I love this and will have to make it for my son when he is old enough :)
