Past couple days have been hectic.. Between Grant waking up with a horrible rash Sunday and taking him to the Children's Express Care at Children's Hospital and then we went to visit our families on Monday. I was so happy to be able to see my Mom and sisters are the week I had last week. I'm doing good, I think. I still get sad sometimes.. Everything happened so fast. Went out for Mom's Night out last night with some Mommy friends.. It was SO nice to get out. It was definitely much needed. I had a yummy Blue Raspberry Coronarita. I go to the doctors tomorrow for a checkup.. Not really looking forward to it.

Preheat oven to 350. Combine the Spice Cake mix and pumpkin together in a medium/large sized bowl. Make sure it's mixed well! Then add your chocolate chips.. I just dumped some in until I thought it was enough. Start putting your cookies on a well greased cookie sheet. Then, I baked them in the oven for 15 minutes.. Remember cooking times may vary! These cookies were DELICIOUS.. very soft and moist! Hope you enjoy them as much as I did.

Homemade Bath Paints

This is one of my favorite activities my son and I have tried so far. :) Homemade Bath Paints! Simple to make and few ingredients. You're number one question will probably be "Do they rinse off the tub easily?" the answer is "Yes!" Here's what you will need:    - 1 tablespoon cornstarch - 4-6 pumps of baby shampoo - 2-3 drops food coloring - 1-2 tsp water - containers or a tray for your bath paints ( I used baby food jars I saved ) We only made red the first time so the measurements above won't make a lot of bath paints.. You can adjust the recipe to make larger amounts. :) Our red bath paints after it is all mixed together My son loved this. I need to make more colors now.
